RECRUITING VOLUNTEERS
Immediately prior to tryouts in mid-October, every commissioner should download their registration information to date. To accomplish that, commissioners take the following steps:
1. Go to the WEB site and click on Basketball, Admin, and log in by entering your name and password.
2. Click on Registration Programs, and then click on your league in the box in the middle of the page and Download.
3. Save the file and it will open in EXCEL and then click on Save As and save the file as an XLS file on your computer.
4. Volunteers are found in the MomVolunteer and DadVolunteer fields.
Once you find the appropriate Building Director volunteers for what you need, contact them and schedule them for 15 minutes prior to your tryout time at Thoreau until the end of your tryout.
