HOW TO CHANGE A SCHEDULED GAME

To change a published schedule enter Basketball, Admin using your user name and password. Then click in the left hand menu on Scheduling, Master Calendar and then click on the date of the game(s) you wish to modify.

You will see all games scheduled on that date listed by school, so find the game you are interested in and click on the "pencil" symbol in the left hand column and the details of the game will be displayed. Change whatever you wish, usually just the game time or the participants, and submit the change. It should appear immediately on the Master Calendar page for the date you were working on.

If you wish to cancel a game temporarily, or for any reason such as coach or team misconduct, you may do so simply by clicking on the pencil symbol and then clicking on the "Status" field and changing the status to "Cancel".

Be careful that you remember to change the game into a time slot and the game out of that time slot so that two games are not scheduled simultaneously. You should be able to see this when the game summary page appears after you modify a game.
