PRACTICE OUTLINE

1.5 HOURS

KEEP ALL PRACTICES MOVING RAPIDLY. DON'T LET ANY PLAYER STAND IDLE,  SO BE SURE ACTION IS GOING ON CONSTANTLY DURING THE ENTIRE 1.5 HOURS.

 

1. Stretching - (5minutes) Try to get in on sidelines before practice.

2. Ball Handling - (5 minutes)

3. Dribble Skills - (5 minutes)

4. Shooting Game - (5 minutes)

5. Foul Shooting - (5 minutes) Use as many baskets as possible.

6. Pivot and Jump Stop - (5 minutes)

7. Passing - (5 minutes)

8. Rebounding Drill - (5 minutes)

9. Man to Man Defense - (5 minutes)

10. Zone Defense - (5 minutes)

11. Half Court Offense - (15 minutes)

12. Scrimmage - (20 minutes)

13. Conditioning - (5 minutes)
