If you do not set your spam filtering up correctly, you will not receive notices from VYI, including your Password to login and register.

All any girl, or boy, needs to do to play in the VYI House Basketball League is to submit an application to the League by clicking on the correct league listed at the bottom of this page. All players must attend scheduled tryout / rating session in October. See below for more details.

Registration is not complete until you submit payment via Credit Card or Electronic Check. You must click the Credit Card symbol or the Electronic Check link at the end of the registration process - they are located on the top of the data confirmation page.

On Line registration will save your family $$$ per individual registrant if submitted by Midnight Thursday before House tryouts (2nd-8th grade, mid-October, 9th grade and above, early November)! Late registrants may continue to use on-line registration but will not receive discounts. Family discounts are offered depending on numbers of children playing.

1. The registrant must attend an assessment session on the scheduled dates in mid-October for 2nd-8th grade and mid-November for 9th grade and above, or some other date agreed to by the League Commissioner.

2. It is the applicant's responsibility to find a computer that works correctly. We will help you via email. If you register online you may mail a check to VYI, but any checks and forms received in person or by mail must be for the higher undiscounted fee. Any checks returned due to insufficient funds or closed accounts will be assessed a $25 additional fee.

3. If you are a Single Parent, please code the volunteer position for the Mom or the Dad, whichever applies, and code the volunteer position as "Not at Home/Disabled/Deceased” for the other parent.

4. TO REGISTER FROM NOVEMBER 8 FORWARD, YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LEAGUE COMMISSIONER DIRECTLY FOR PERMISSION TO JOIN THE LEAGUE.

5. Please email your league commissioner with any requests for car pools using the "Teammate Request" online form.

6. If you request a waiver, you MUST fill out the form entitled "Waiver Request" on line. If you and your spouse do not volunteer you still MUST pay the $35 per parent per child regardless of a waiver for program fees. We strongly encourage you to volunteer and suggest Building Director as the minimal commitment. If one or both parents work, you are expected to pay a minimal amount, which you can specify.

7. Some or all games for 7^th and 8^th grade boys and middle school girls and all games for high school ages will be on Sundays so if your beliefs preclude games on Sunday, you may not wish to register, as you will be subject to our Refund rules detailed under “Fees”.
